We can arrange a one hour advice appointment with one of our lawyers. This will be followed by a detailed advice letter where we look at the requirements you need to meet and the next steps to take. For this, we charge a fixed fee of £100.
If after your initial appointment you decide to instruct us to prepare and submit your application and to act as your representatives, we charge a fixed fee of £900. This includes a detailed cover letter setting out how you meet the requirements. We charge a further fixed fee of £300 per dependant on your application.
