At Compass Immigration Services we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and accessible advice. Our specialist immigration lawyers have over 30 years’ combined experience and offer tailored advice with a focus on obtaining the best possible results for our clients.
We offer very competitive fixed fees regardless of the complexity of your case, and you will always be informed in advance of the costs involved.
Our flexible approach means that we can meet you face-to-face at our Glasgow city-centre office or provide telephone/Skype appointments to those living elsewhere in the UK or abroad.
Your case will only be handled by a registered immigration lawyer who will be directly available to deal with any queries you have. They will explain the application process clearly to you at your appointment as well as in writing.
We are open Monday – Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. Saturday and evening appointments are available.

Our team
Andrew Patton
Andrew has an international background, having spent his formative years in South Africa and later completing an undergraduate degree in International Relations.
​
For the past 7 years Andrew has developed extensive knowledge of UK immigration law, providing advice and representation to clients and assisting them with entry clearance, leave to remain, asylum, EEA applications, and nationality.
​
Andrew has a keen interest in developing and providing training, and has considerable experience in this area.
​
He holds an LLB and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
Clare Dunn
Clare has extensive experience in immigration advice and representation. She has worked in the field for over 20 years, assisting clients in all areas including: entry clearance, leave to remain, documentation for European nationals, asylum, and British citizenship.
She has worked alongside Save the Children, Shelter, Scottish Refugee Council, and Freedom from Torture to ensure the best possible representation for her clients. She also provided legal advice within a Female Legal Project.
Before joining Compass Immigration Services Clare ran a three year project aiming to increase access to legal services for black and minority ethnic communities. She holds a first class Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course and is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and of Nottingham Law School.
Mihai Ciuca
Mihai has worked in the field of immigration law since 2015.
Between 2016 and 2018 he was part of the Living Rights project, funded through the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme of the EU, offering workshops and presentations on the rights of EU nationals in the UK.

Since 2019, Mihai has gained extensive experience in the area of business immigration, advising on the ever-changing points-based system, including skilled worker sponsor licence applications.
​
Mihai has an LLB and an LLM in Public International Law and Human Rights from the University of Bucharest.
